We will email you a USPS First Class shipping Label (PDF Format). With shipping prepaid and addressed to our Orthotic Lab at FootMark Industries Southern Pedorthic Services.

Step 3

Stop by your local post office place them in an envelope. Tape on the label and drop them off. They should arrive at our lab within 2-3 business days. Restoration will begin immediately, and normally takes 2-3 days depending on the condition of the orthotics and your choice of repair. We will email you a picture of your orthotics before and after refurbishment. 

Step 4

Once your restored orthotics have been finished, inspected and shipped, tracking information is emailed to you. They should arrive with in 3-5 business days. The whole process should only take 7-14 business days. Enjoy your refinished orthotics. Thanks for choosing
